BROKEN AT DELIVERY
Should you receive a defect/broken or wrongly supplied product, contact customer service, email@example.com, for the fastest possible service. This has to be done within a reasonable time frame. If you as the customer have been prevented to examine the goods on delivery please do so as soon as possible. We will take care of your complaint and get back with return instructions. When selling to consumers (private person(s)) valid under the consumer sales to North & Pine, upon purchase, by consumers to remedy the defect or deliver substitute goods if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to North & Pine. Our website www.northtandpine.com and its sub-domains always have the right, at its own expense, to rectify the error, eg by repair, or replace one with a flawless be of similar quality and appearance.

Each bead is made out of natural stone with a unique pattern, color and size. The standard size for all our beads is 6mm.WHAT CORD IS USED?
When we assemble the bracelets by hand in Sweden we use a 0,5mm thick elastic nylon cord that we twin for a dual layers for extra durability and strenght. The color of the cord matches the beads.

METHOD AND COST
To make a purchase as smooth and as fast as possible we offer all costumers free world-wide shipping on all our products, no minimum order quantity needed. We ship all products in a bubble wrapped envelope via Posten or/and PostNord.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
